Starbucks Coffee is closing 250 stores in the United States and Canada, three in San Luis Obispo, the chain announced on Thursday.

While the chain did not list the specific stores it is closing, Starbucks’ fan Winter composed a list of stores set to close, including three in San Luis Obispo. All three have posted closure notices on their front doors:

  • 3970 Broad Street in the Marigold Shopping Center
  • 253 Madonna Road in the Madonna Plaza Shopping Center
  • 1075 Court Street

It’s the Golden Age of America people! Your fuel is expensive, your food is high, inflation is rising, mortgage rates are high, electricity is more expensive and now you can’t afford your daily Chocmochachino with extra shots.

It’s too bad Joe Biden isn’t POTUS. Think of it: a criminal illegal alien could be managing every Starbucks (the real money, of course, derived from fraudulent aid to needy criminal Starbucks employees). It worked spectacularly for Somali criminal aliens; it will work for Starbucks.

There are way too many of them in this county, let alone San Luis Obispo and their coffee’s not that good.

Buy a good coffee maker (Melitta cone works, french press, or $400 machine), recoup your investment within a month, and stop wasting money! Only an occasional coffee drinker but 7-11Select or Breakfast Brew are the best out there. And customize at their coffee bar, they have everything. If you screw it up you have no one to blame but yourself. I hear McD’s is good but I never go there.The service industry model where you sell me coffee and pastry in the morning and you buy burger and fries from me in the pm, and we both get rich, is dead
