OPINION by CLARE MALONE PRICHARD

Regarding a recent opinion piece about me, my husband and I were unaware until this week that the author had not received payment.

To be clear, we never refused to pay. We believed in good faith that the payment had been made. Once we became aware that an error occurred, we corrected it, and payment in full has been delivered to his lawyer.

I believe that how we respond when problems arise matters. In this case, when we learned of the issue, we took steps to resolve it. I intend to bring this same constructive approach to my work as a member of the Pismo Beach City Council.

I can be reached through my campaign website.

“I intend to bring this same constructive approach to my work as a member of the Pismo Beach City Council.”

So, a “constructive approach” is to whine about obstructed views that were already obstructed before you moved here, then suing your neighbors for obstructing your view that was already obstructed, losing in court, with a court ordered payment of restitution that wasn’t paid, then complaining that “it was all the lawyers fault!”

One can easily surmise that her council tenure would quickly become quite tiresome.

Pismo already has too many Karens, they do not need one on the city council.

Perhaps she should run for the California Coastal Commision, where whining is encouraged.

I mean, who among us forgets if almost $9,000 is removed from their account?

pinionO

Boy, she is desperate to clear her name and her shyster lawyer holding money. She’s just what we need in elected office, NOT!
