A Limousine Liberal is a (rich) liberal who considers himself a “champion of the poor and downtrodden, but lives a lifestyle of wealth and luxury.”

In other words, an outright hypocrite.

A closer look at his dedicated followers may unveil the same, thriving on immoral, artificial happiness with utter disregard for the suffering.

Some years back at a board meeting, Hill stated that DCPP will close and it was just a matter of time, and so he was prepping workforce training programs for employees who would need to transition. Well it would be interesting to know what he prepped for the situation that we are now facing.

Just recently Hill said the ‘powers-that-be’ never asked for the Board of Supervisors input. Hey…why not be a leader and provide it anyway. Yet Hill did nothing except court the Mothers for Peace!

As others have said and I will repeat it…time to retire Hill from the Board of Supervisors. Eight years is enough!

It is my understanding that the following candidates for the November election that have also stood up to oppose the SLOCOG 1/2 cent sales tax are: Jordan Cunningham for State Assembly, John Peschong for 1st District Supervisor and Dan Carpenter for 3rd District Supervisor. Applause please! The six elected politicos and the three candidates are standing up for the ‘little people’…those who will not get a business contract out of the county from the tax, but will pay the bill! Enough. Just say NO!

so far it appears like most of all the Republican good o;d boys who are currently in office have supported the SLOCOG tax. This will be the real test to see if “the party” keeps on supporting these people or if they will stand behind their word and support those who are against the tax. But then of course we are dealing with politicians and most of them will probably flip their stance in public and misrepresent their real thoughts in order to get the vote. Most of these people are on the SLOCOG Board and have strongly supported the tax.

It just takes bad people to create corruption and good people to be busy. That is what happens here.

Everyone vote OUT Adam Hill and VOTE NO on the 1/2 cent sales tax if it reaches the November Ballot which all the LEFT already set it up to be on the ballot. The REPUBLICANS that voted for this to be on the ballot in November get ready to be voted off the island tooooooo along with Adam Hill.

Strange isn’t it that Ayn’s fictional story seems to be playing out as we live and learn today. I read that book 35 years ago and started to think that maybe Ayn had just written it as it seemed to be what was going on at the time and proves more so all the time.

The John Galt reference was one of many available. One may surmise the rest of my statement must be acceptable to you….

Even in this latest economic spurt, where a certain small part of CA has done marginally well, San Luis Obispo managed to solve virtually none of it’s core problems. Once the next “correction” hits that reality will come knocking.

This is no place to start a career, build a career or raise a family. It’s very sadly for trailer parks and old folks.

Adam is very similar to a attack dog, trained to do only a few jobs. Attack, defend, control and never show fear, these are his assets to people like Grossman, Belsher, Gibson, PG&E, and the developer mentality.

The only recourse we as a “civil society” with “morals” have, is to FIRE ADAM HILL. Nothing else will repair the devistating damage he has done to us……

Oh well. Never mind. The County only spent $900,000 on the Adam scam and he stayed in the lead in the Supervisor race.

“Until government can learn to conduct business with respect to the taxpayer”, good luck with that. With the number of takers(non or low-taxpayers) so much higher than that of the givers(taxpayers) how likely is it that the government will ever respect us?
