SLO County didn’t in the past either. Very liberal, honestly liberal, not hypocrites like Hill and Gibson, were on the board with conservatives and decorum and professional courtesy reigned at all times. You couldn’t get much more politically different from Kurt Kupper and Richard Kresja to Howard Mankins and Hans Heilmann but none would tarnish their reputations as respectable leaders and honorable gentlemen with ANY uncivil behavior AT ALL.

Surprisingly Hamon seemed nervous & ill-prepared. He’s a big Lisa Solomon supporter so I’ve lost respect for him.

Martin (as always) was a bit too smooth-talking. He should stick to being a mayor. Oh, and Martin proudly boasted about his Tribune endorsement so noooo way!!

Peschong–a political outsider–was the most sincere and straightforward plus he has endorsements from Debbie Arnold and Dan Dow. Peschong has my vote!

Although from what I read and hear, Arroyo Grande may be willing to swap their Harmon for Hamon.

His presentation in the discussion yesterday was the best, did not avoid answering the questions directly and forthright. Steve Martin was definitely the worst and Harmon was Harmon, cautiously protecting and telling us what we wanted to hear but I believe not exactly how he feels.
